All sales are final. Transfers of event passes may be permitted up to seven (7) days before an event begins, subject to approval. You must contact Santa Cruz Swing (SCS) to request a transfer.

Resale of any event pass is not permitted without the express authorization of SCS. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or scalping will result in the pass being voided without refund.

We understand that illness or unforeseen circumstances can arise. After the refund or transfer deadline, deferrals may be considered.
